NH ODP 2008 Fees Schedule / Financial Aid

Registration - $25.00
Due at the first tryout, with Registration - $25.00 (no player may try out without full payment of the Registration Fee and/or completion of the Registration Form).
NH ODP Winter Training Fee - $200.00
Girls Due December 07, 2008 or at first training session attended.
Boys Due December 14, 2008 or at first training session attended.
$150.00 NH ODP Winter Training Fee due for players joining the pool at any time after February 1, 2009.
Invitational Tryout Fee - $25.00
Due at the invitational tryout, March 1st or March 8th (no player may try out without full payment of the Registration Fee and/or completion of the Registration Form).
Spring Training, Ryder Tournament Fee - $500.00
Due March 16th, 2009 or the first spring training session.
$500.00 Spring Training and Region 1 Ryder Tournament Fee for the first 18 on the U13, U14, U15, U16 and U17 State Rosters.
$450.00 for all alternates and Boys U12's
Region 1 Summer Camp and Training Fee - $450.00
Due May 20, 2009. $450.00 Region 1 Summer Camp & Training Fee for all U12, U13, U13JV, U14, U15, U16 and U17 players that will be participating in the Region 1 camps. Region 1 camp fees and the player commitment letter are due on or before May 20, 2009. There will be a $50.00 late fee for Region 1 camp fees received after May 20, 2009. Late Region 1 camp fees and the player commitment letter are due on or before June 3, 2009. Region 1 camp registrations will not be accepted after June 3, 2009..

Camp registrations must be postmarked by May 20, 2009.
Late camp registrations must be postmarked by June 3, 2009.
Region 1 Camp Refunds
Region 1 Camp Refunds will be provided in full or prorated based on our cost to Region 1, providing the request is received via e-mail only on or before June 7, 2009. Refund requests received after June 7, 2009 will not be considered. Exceptions will be considered for a medical injury with a copy of the doctor’s note or a family hardship.
The refund request must be submitted via e-mail on or before June 7, 2009. Please e-mal your request to:

Refund request must contain the team gender, age, parents first & last name and mailing address
Financial Aid Information
Players/families may petition for an installment payment program and/or for financial aid. Contact NHSA ODP Administrative Director, Carla Nastri by email by March 15, 2009 cnastri@gmail.com. Financial aid will be awarded on a funds available basis. Financial aid grants are primarily for use towards the Region 1 Summer Camp and Training Fee. In special circumstances, the NH ODP will grant financial aid towards the winter training and Spring Training/Region 1 Ryder Tournament. We do not want money to preclude participation in the program and will do our best to ensure that players who are selected to the program are able to participate.
Discounts
A family with two or more players participating in the NH ODP will receive a $50.00 per-player discount off the $200 NH ODP Winter Training Fee (this does not apply to the spring training and Ryder tournament fees or the Region 1 summer camp and training fees).
A Parent who serves as chaperone to the Region 1 Camp in July will receive a $350.00 discount.
