At certain times of the year, NHSA will offer an open house at a member's location upon request. Due to the very tight schedules of our state coaching staff, these events need to be reserved months in advance in order to ensure we have adequate coaches available on the date. Open houses are open to all recreation and competitive youth (U6 - U19) and includes the general public (non-members).

The intent is to attract multiple organizations from a large area and to provide free, expertly coached clinics. We provide 2-3 hours of camp-type skills games by USSF A or B-licensed coaches. Coaches and parents are encouraged to watch, take notes and ask questions. We also use this tool as a way of showing how NHSA can help organizations with their recreation or competitive programs. NHSA board members are present and there is always plenty of free literature and material to hand out. We are presently doing 1-2 open houses per year. Contact the VP, Recreation Division to set up one in your area and check the schedule for the next open house.
